Help W/converter Or Cartridges For Tiffany Peretti Fountain Pen

I have an old Tiffany's Elsa Peretti fountain pen. It's a very thin lady's pen about 6 mm diam. with an asymmetrical teardrop at the end of the clip. Tiffany's hasn't sold these for a long time. I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for a converter or suggestions for potential cartridges. The converter would be my first choice. Many thanks. Linda

I believe you will need a standard international C/C. But 'cause the pen is so slim i don't have a converter in mind now...

I suggest you to try first a short int. cartridge to see if fit, than a long one, after that if you have any converter around try to see if fit.

'The Yo-Yo maneuver is very difficult to explain. It was first perfected by the well-known Chinese fighter pilot Yo-Yo Noritake. He also found it difficult to explain, being quite devoid of English.

So we left it at that. He showed us the maneuver after a sort. B*****d stole my kill.'

Nib is gold-colored - ?? Says Japan VIMA. I'm very new to pens and not able to make an educated pronouncement, and it's been lost in the back of a drawer for years. If anyone can tell me more I'd appreciate that. Empty cartridge says "Sailor" and is about 5 mm diam x 2.5" long. How big are the Sailor Petits?

It was the Sailor converter. Found one at Jetpens. Their customer service was very helpful: 1 x Sailor Fountain Pen Converter for Slim Model (SAILOR 14-0502-000) = $8.25. My pen is now up and working again. Thanks to the people who took time to respond. L
