I've done some tests and some pictures of Pilot MR (Metropolitan) to show how versatile it is:

Pilot MR with original medium nib and Pilot section and converter

MR with original section and standard international converter and golden fine nib from 78G

MR with section and fine nib from Parker IM. I think it look pretty cool with that metallic section and quit smooth fine nib!

Awesome I didn't know we could get a parker im section on there!

Nice pictures.

I use my black MR with the stub nib from the 78G. I'm not sure f the pilot converter or the standard international I use on the MR section hold more ink but it's handy that you can swap the 78g section if you want to use the pilot converter to make this more like the metropolitain.

If the MR takes a standard international converter, does that mean it won't take Pilot's own converter or cartridges?
