Yea seen that around in google searches.

Besides the Chinese registrant is kind of a red flag in it itself, while it bit bias to say so, I wouldn't buy a MB from a chinese reseller. (though they could have just as easily used fake info)

MontBlanc legal notices have no power to a Chinese site, and since they're not using the trademark in the domain itself, ICANN has no grounds to pull the domain.

a fake pen supplier using gen photos. Senn that done many times before.

YOu'll get cheap fake knockoffs that look no where near the image, IF you are lucky. Most likely you'll get scammed.

If MB really cared enough to do so, they can always send a legal notice to the host, since the account holder has to abide by US Laws if they're hosting in the US and leasing US-based hardware.

And they're using Apache (probably cpanel/whm setup)

  1. Server:
    Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS)
So not as likely they're just forwarding the traffic to another provider.

Funny story,

The Chinese copied BMW X3 SUV BMW and big-wig upper ups sued the Chinese company.

but the Chinese government intervened and said no, because they did not look alike. check TopGear BBC about chinese cars.

chances are the Chinese government will not allow MB to serve the papers or bring them to court.

'The Yo-Yo maneuver is very difficult to explain. It was first perfected by the well-known Chinese fighter pilot Yo-Yo Noritake. He also found it difficult to explain, being quite devoid of English.

So we left it at that. He showed us the maneuver after a sort. B*****d stole my kill.'

-Squadron Leader K. G. Holland, RAF. WWII China.

I had the idea that the Chinese government would stand by their country's businesses and would not act against them; the BMW X5 SUV comes to mind....

This one seems quite expensive. If you're looking for am MB knock-off, you can find it for 10% of these prices on sites like Ali Express and they use pics of the actual stuff they're selling. For these prices you can have a nice used(/second-hand/pre-owned what's the word these days) Pelikan, Parker, Waterman, Visconti, Delta or whatever. For a bit more maybe even a real MB. I wonder what people would buy there. There are similar sites for watches, you can have a Patek Philipe for $25 to match your MB :)
