Fine Gel Refill For Parker Jotter

Hi all,

I am hoping you can help me out. I am looking for a fine point (0.5mm) point blue gel/rollerball refill that will fit in a Parker Jotter. So far, I can only find black Parker fine point and they generally have poor reviews (short lasting). Any suggestions? It would be nice if it didn't cost as much as a whole new Jotter pen...

Thanks.

Itoya, I think makes a fine refill that fits the Parker. Also check for Aurora as they use the same mechanism. Finally, I think Visconti also makes a fine roller ball refill.

Fahrney's lists the Itoya refills as 0.7 mm. Amazon also has them at this size.

I thought JetPens also carried the Itoya refills but I cannot find them on the website.

This is an Itoya Blue Gel. I can't say how long it lasts since I don't write so much with it but it stayed usable unopened in the package

for a couple years before I installed it. That was pretty impressive to me.

It writes wet and smooth. Remarkably close to a FP IMO.

Have a look at Schmidt EasyFlow 9000. This is the best refill I have found for the ballpoints and they are relatively inexpensive and made in Germany.

If I weren't already grovin' on my Itoya Gel, the Schimdt EasyFlow would be my next choice for sure.

Read the reviews again more closely. The newer Parker Quink Flow refills are supposed to be a BIG improvement but I can't personally attest to that.
