A Sandalwood Custom From Fosfor Pens Made By Manojd

This happens to be my first wooden pen. I have a pilot kaedeon the way from japan. The credit goes to manoj he is getting better everyday. I am worried about staining it or getting scratches that's what keeps me from buying wooden pens.

People give me strange looks when I whip out my pen and smell it.

I have the Kaede, wonderful pen. It is compressed resin impregnated maple wood, so there should be no worries. Here is my Kaede along with some others:

The two pens from Fosfor pens India arrived in two nice boxes. They are beautiful. They are big, robust in the hand and write very good. I'm happy!

This thread has not been good for my bank balance. I have just placed an order with Manoj for a sandalwood pen yesterday too. You're a bad influence Hari.

 

For those who are pondering placing an order with Manoj I would say out that he has been an absolute delight to deal with. I cannot wait for my pen. Customer service every bit as good as Brian Grey and Richard Binder.

IME, Hari is the enabler-in-chief in this forum :-) But well done, and the idea of getting a pen in sandalwood was brilliant. I just followed suit.

The pen now sports a new Silver clip made by Manoj. You can also see how my pen has aged, but is still as fragrant....

I don't know about that, but I had the same thought...

 

Yes, the pen has grown and developed (metaphorically)and is now a favorite.
