I am a sinner. I have Storm Grey and love it but I am still looking for The Perfect Blue (which is not The Blue Which Shall Not Be Named) and I think I found it in (wait for it) Noodler's Blue. (general grunt of chagrin). Yes, I should have said it was some unattainable color from Bung Box or something made by a little man in Peru in batches only big enough for one fountain pen fill. But from all the things I have seen, Noodler's makes a powerful, intense, and shady blue.

ALSO (so you are not forming a more disdainful opinion of me) I have a bottle of Bung Box Sapphire on the way to me now.

I think that if I don't like Noodler's Blue or Bung Box Sapphire, then I am a dreadful human being who can never be satisfied and should have my vast ink collection confiscated by people who know best and given a 55 gallon drum of Pilot Blue and be told to be grateful that was my only punishment.

Or enjoy my lovely Akkerman's Shocking Blue because it is really glorious and I have an ocean of it in one of the old bottles.

AND I have a bottle of Rouge hematite and one of Storm Grey and I am surprised at the amount of gold in Storm Grey, so much more than Rouge Hematite. However, I think both are astoundingly gorgeous colors and will always be in my lineup.

Most likely Diamine Tyrian Purple.

I was fortunate enough to visit Anderson Pens and spend some time with friends and Lisa. I loved their ink selection and I picked up a bottle of Organic Studio's Emily Dickinson. I love pink and purple in general. And I've heard a lot about the Organic Studio inks. Was happy to be able to buy some before the stock ran out. But I haven't had time to ink a pen with this yet so I'll be trying it next :).

I'll keep on struggling, 'cause that's the measure of a man.

Turned out it was not Jade, but Aventurine. I LOVED it.

The next ink I am definitely purchasing, is Diamine Teal in cartridge form (for the Kaweco Liliput I will be ordering at the same time). After that, I'm going to start collecting samples of just about everything from Goulet. ^^;

Hopefully Yama-Budo, but if it will took a long time to arrive, than there is a chance that I will buy a few more inks and try them before. Like got interested about J. Herbin Ambre de Birmaine...

Diamine Blue Sapphire. I know that I have complained about Sailor's small capacity in another thread but it is nice to have a pen that you use up ink quickly as your "tester".
