Need help with model number and year of the below pen see images. I believe it is a Lady sheaffer with Paisley pattern. Is this a cartridge pen? if so which cartridges did it use and will modern ones fit.

I think it's the paisley pattern, too. It originally used cartridges. But mine, in a different color, will accept the old squeeze-type Sheaffer converter. There are a few dealers, especially vintage pen dealers, who still have a supply of that type of converter.

Thanks. Do you know which model number or year it was made?

Update.

I've managed to Id the pen it's a lady Sheaffer Stylist. Model 404c. Thanks to Gary at At F.G. Thomas. Sheaffertarga.com and an interesting article on www.penhero.com.

Cheers,
