OP both of your 145 pens look authentic to me.

 

I would be surprised if an authentic Mb converter would fit into a fake pen

For more confirmation. Simply, there are two types of cartridge holders for Meisterstuck 145. I have these two in my collection, both platinum so I thought I'd part with one of them for having it repeated ... when I realized that they were not equal. Both have correct nib, notched feeders, right converters, serial number, "Germany" on the clip band, pix on the back of the clip, red ruby resin, etc. They are authentic... but one of them has an extended sleeve and the other one a short sleeve. I suspect that the one with the long holder is newer... but as caps are interchangeable and not sure if these hasn't been changed by myself, I can not be sure about it for the serial number.
