Brian, if you don't already have a Sunshine cloth, get one. Here is where I've found them the cheapest.

 

They really are the kitties jammies for these "Ciselle" style patterns. You can easily polish the higher Sterling area while leaving the lower black areas undisturbed and ungunked up with polishing media.

Thanks a ton Bruce. I was actually going to ask about cleaning these. I do have a sunshine cloth. So it is safe to use on the sterling silver finish? Good.
