Where Is The Correct Location Of Serial Number On Montblanc Meisterstuck Classique

I noticed the serial number on my classique was a little off center closer to the clip on the top ring. It is 2 letters followed by 7 numbers. The pen is in great shape. I believe it is an older classique model. The resin glows red with a light under it on the opposite side of the clip germany is engraved. Around the center gold band the words montblanc meisterstuck are engraved looking as if there are vertical lines inside the lettering. However there is no word pix anywhere on my pen. The genuine refills are all I use in it. Everything seems legit. In exception of the off centered serial # and there not being the word pix anywhere? Thoughts and opinions please! Thank you!

There is no correct location, because it can be everywhere.

To give an example: I have three 149 from different ages. If you position the clip at 12:00, the number starts 1x at 02:00, 1x at 05:00 and 1x at 09:00...

There are no facts, there is no truth - just a data to be manipulated...

Yep! I went digging through some forums. The rings are legit as is the allingment of the entire pen. And I found out that pix is not on all MB pens. I'm pretty happy and I absolutely love my classique. I love my metal star walker too!... im obsessed <3 I'm currently waiting to find a good deal on a generation or some other vintage MB... obsession is in full effect
