I have heard that Sailor Jentle kin-mokusei is a clone of Jentle Apricot.

I have heard that too. In fact I've chroma tested both of them and their chroma tests are identical. So I'm convinced enough to not pay more for the latest reissue of Apricot. There are plenty of good orange inks about, that I also have: Diamine Pumpkin and Blaze Orange spring to mind.

By the time I got their "back in stock" email, it had already sold out :angry: . I hope they get some more in, because I haven't had any luck finding it anywhere else, either :unsure:. I may have to email the guy in Japan and see if he can get a couple of bottles for me....

 

Re: FPH. The original post that said they didn't have it was from 2014 when it was discontinued.

 

FPH does carry Sailor pens. But they have a very limited space for inks, and they'd have to bump something else from the shelf to make room for something new. I don't think they have the eight Four Seasons reissues from last year. If they do, they don't list it on the website.
