Hi,

Do you guys offer shipping services now to absentee bidders?

Time ago I won some expensive pens in one of your auctions only to discover that you would not care packing and shipping. A nightmare! You should advise readers of this website. Since most of us is dispersed around the globe and unlikely to attend in person.

Hi,

Do you guys offer shipping services now to absentee bidders?

Hi katanankes,

I am really sorry to hear that the shipping proved to be a problem for you the last time you bought from us.

It is stated in the catalogue that we don't provide any shipping ourselves, but shipping is done through a third party shipper.

Many of our buyers do not attend our auctions in person, and bid live on one of the internet bidding platforms we provide with no additional fees for using these platforms. Most of our buyers are worldwide (we sell many of our pens and many other items, large and small, to buyers in East Asia, Continental Europe and the USA), and we will provide details of professional shippers, who will ship your purchases to you, properly packed and fully insured, and can arrange customs clearance for items shipped outside the European Union. The details of the shippers we recommend are sent out with the invoices to all buyers. The shippers we suggest using collect from us on a daily basis.

If you, or anyone who buys from us, has a problem finding out the details of shippers, please feel free to contact me via the http://www.dnfa.com website (you will find my e-mail address there), or contact the department on jsw@dnfa.com and we will do our best to help.

We are looking at creating an in-house shipping department for small items in the future, and hope to be able to offer this service to buyers for certain items in the future, but we are not quite ready with this project yet.

For UK buyers, again we don't provide an in-house mailing service for purchases, but we suggest using MailBoxes, who collect from us everyday, and ensure the items are professionally packed and are insured whilst in transit. We will provide you with details of our nearest Mailboxes office, and they will arrange the mailing of your purchases.

You can also use the department e-mail, jsw@dnfa.com to ask for condtion reports and additional images.
