An update--LV now is offering ink in 12 colors on its US web site. The price is now $52 per bottle. When you see that they are charging $120 for a converter, that doesn't seem like so much .

Very interesting review. I live in Paris and The "Cabinet d'écriture" is a great place. Inks are expensive, that's right but the quality and the colors are there. It's a great pleasure to use this inks. Your pen makes you think you are ice skating whatever the pen is.

I like very much their blue/black : "Bleu sibyllin" a dark blue which is quite black when dry.
