I have a parker75.Goldplated trim like Deluxe version above have gold ring but without 75 inscription.want to ask the pen is or isn‘t ture?

It's a real Parker 75 Flighter. Early models like yours didn't have the "75" engraving. It was added after they removed the gold ring in the cap base.

can you judge it approximately productive year?

Probably sometime in the 70's, but that's not very accurate, I'm afraid.

Parker used different features on pens intended for export than they did on those that were produced for the US market - like removing the golden ring on the caps of 75 Flighters made for export before they were removed from those produced for the US market.

 

I think that Parker began making 75 flighters in 1972, which means that the 75 had already got it's (more or less) final American form (changing dramatically when production was gradually moved to France). That also makes the dating a little difficult.

 

Anyway, we should be somewhere between 1972 and 1979, probably closer to 1972.
