A new face named "Marcel' is introduced by p22 with the very interesting story on the research and design of this font based on love letters from an imprisoned French husband to his wife in WWII.

 

The care and decisions of the fine hand-writer and the font designer reflect the love of ink on paper regardless of how applied.

NOOOOOOO.... I think that just killed this thread. It is a lovely font though, just unusually small. At the same point, Marcel is about 1/2 as large, and much less legible. blown up? It's beautiful.
