Waterman Paris Special Edition Pen - Help Identifying?

Howdy guys,

I just came across this in my travels:

http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTIwMFgxNjAw/z/0dwAAOxydlFS7FC8/$_57.JPG

Does anyone have any idea what it is / how much it's worth / if it's flexy or not / etc.

Just a name would be fine, at least then I could start out the research somewhere lol.

Cheers.

I doubt it's flexy, it's a ball point.

I think it's a Forum or Graduate.

Only trouble with that is as far as I can tell, both those pens come in an entirely different box.

Certainly don't think it's a graduate, the shape seems wrong. Ditto on the Forum. Neither (that I could tell) had the very fine taper on the end of the pen.

::EDIT::

When you say it's a ballpoint, do you actually mean ballpoint or you mean a fountain pen with a ball tip? Because I'm starting to think it looks an awful lot like the Waterman Apostrophe ballpoint pen. The only thing is the guy's advertising it as a fountain pen *shrug*

Can such things be? My faith in the fabric of reality itself is shaken!

The seller has opened himself up for a world of trouble lol. If he sells it claiming it's an FP, then the person who buys it is entitled to a full refund.

So the seller is going to end up out of pocket with a now-opened pen that isn't even an FP.

Not sure why he would assume it was an FP, would thing it would say on the back of the box somewhere or something.

Buyer beware.

The same box here

Cheap as chips.

What I can add is that even when armed with original documentation detailing a pens correct name, number and description, even the established pen reference sites don't accept they just may be wrong. I speak from experience here.

Yeah, I was rather hesitant to buy it until I knew what it was. I had a chat with the seller and he opened the package and confirmed it was a BP. He's dropped the price down to $30 buy out, which I suppose is actually probably not that bad for Australia.

I ended up spending the money on a Waterman Expert II that I picked up for $60. I think all up I got a good deal.
