My First Fountain Pen, Late 70S, Recognize It?

First quarter of community college I purchased this pen to transcribe music compositions. Never got the hang of it and the pen languished in a drawer for a few decades, then moved to a drawer in my daughter's room, only to emerge recently in a bedroom bust of missing pens. Inked it up and enjoying getting back to my roots.

 

 

Any idea which Sheaffer model it is?
