plus - now I know that Cacao de Bresil and a tiny bit of Diamine Claret makes an interesting sort of dusky rose (ignore messy writing and near-indecipherable content of sample.) the pen was running dry - in a wet writer it's not as interesting - just a reddish brown.

I see that :

1 - I am not the only one having different writings (comparing with other scans).

2 - Someone is working at the home business AND trying ink mixes.

Denis.

Denis.

Indeed - my handwriting varies a great deal based on nib type and how lazy I am (or how much of a hurry I'm in.)

You should see the henscratch that a ballpoint produces in my hand. Yikes! :o

the ink mix was unintentional - thought I'd gotten all the claret out of the pen and wanted to see the CdB in a wet line. But after it sat overnight - it managed to mix a bit.

that's my excuse anyway..
