Does The Pilon Vanishing Point Have Curve Nib

While I agree that it is almost certainly damaged, I could imagine another possibility: Could it perhaps be a posting nib? I don't know if Pilot ever offered that in VPs.

 

 

 

That was not a posting nib.

 

To my research, Pilot do not make any kind of special nibs for VP. What I ordered was also a normal F nib.

I'm now happy with the new pen I ordered from www.nibs.com that arrived just few days ago.

I let a college use my fine VP pen to write a phone number down. He bent the nib the opposite way to yours, still wrote but very scratchy. gently pressed it on a desk. Seems ok now.

These nibs are so easily damaged.
