Re-Learning Cursive With Palmer

isoc: Your progress is impressive! I need to re-learn cursive myself. I'm an architect and when I started architecture school and started working in a firm part time I learned that it is customary to do drawing annotations and notes/captions for hand drawn sketches in print and all caps. So, to train myself to do this quickly and neatly, I gave up cursive and began writing everything in print: lecture notes, shopping lists, to-do lists, you name it. After 4 years of this, I print quickly and neatly but my cursive skills are rusty.

 

barleycorn: So that's how you use French ruled paper! I studied in France for a while and was confused when I saw notebooks ruled this way in the stores. I thought, why would anyone need that many lines?
