Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

In that first post of yours, Leonardo/Red Chalk looks quite a bit like Noodler's Antietam!

In practice, the Antietam is darker red.

I love the wet tree.

Thank you. We don't actually get wet trees around these parts. In fact, we don't get many big trees period.

Thanks...some one's review not yet moved here....showed this as a shading monster; sort of brown and orange.

You just saved me a trip to town.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

The MR paper is my best shading paper so if it doesn't shade there, I am sure it isn't a shading monster. Next time I pull it out, I'll add another image or two.

I must say in my pens this comes out much more saturated and brownish than what I see in your samples.

The pics are tempting me... :puddle:

But I already have Diamine Ancient Copper.

So what would you guys suggest? Is it worth getting if I already have (and like) Ancient Copper?

I love this ink! I bought two bottles, and I'm worried that it'll go extinct, so I'm thinking about another! :P
