I've not had a lot of interest so far? :)

I just don't think two cheap pens I found in a closet would do justice to your nice pen wraps.

The fude Duke PIF is now closed and I'm off to draw the winner out of a hat. Speaking of which we had 5 cm of snow last night.

Wow! I am so excited to try out that fude nib, it seems so different and great for sketching :)

Just went through yesterday's pile of mail.... Guess what arrived?

 

In addition to the paper and Fire Diamond Dolomite ink, there is also a pipette full of the ORIGINAL Black Swan in Australian Roses!

 

Thank you, Amberlea! I will be posting up a writing sample over the long weekend so all can see these goodies!

Hi not sure if there any use to any body but I've got some out of date Montblanc ink cartridges 3 brown ,11 bluish grey, 2 green ,2 black, free to anybody that can use them. Also a Montblanc address book pm me if you can use them. The address book what's given free when buying diary inserts .

As an update to my PIF: I will not be accepting any new entry as I'm going to do the draw tonight and I've been a bit busy lately so it's hard to keep up with everything.

Update on this PIF, I only have 5 folks who have entered - I really thought there would be more Mabie-Todd folks but in any case, I'll be closing the 'drawing on Monday 11/10 so if you're interested, let me know!

This book is out of print so I'd like this to go to someone who'd truly enjoy it.

It's exactly the sort of book that I love, richly illustrated, well researched and authoritative. Alas, but my shelves have only so much room and I am not a collector but merely a writer.

Write me and let me know if this book would fill a niche in your library or a similar tale of need.

It's my turn to do a PIF, in honor of Fountain Pen Day...

 

WHO

This PIF is open to FP veterans and newbies, alike, but preferably will go to someone who has never owned a piston filler and could appreciate the smaller size of this pen.

WHAT

A NOS Reform 1745 pen with a lovely, springy nib. I may have dipped it at one point to try the nib, but this pen is otherwise unused, although there may be microscratches from storage and handling that were already there even before I got it. This is a great pocket-sized pen, a fabulous writer that holds a ton of ink.

 

I am afraid that the camera on my phone is not the best (and the skills of photographer is not so great either). The pic below does not do it justice.

 

WHERE

Open worldwide, I will pay for basic USPS shipping.

 

HOW

Send me a PM stating why you would like this pen. I will assign you a number in order of receipt, and the winner will be chosen using random.org.

 

WHEN

Deadline is Sunday, 11.59 PM Eastern Standard Time.
