@shumanfu, I'm not upset with the oji-san but with their lack of QC, PR, etc. in my case; and I know you meant it figuratively (wink).

 

I will see the vid when I go home (free public wifi is not good to see videos...) tomorrow.

Heheh.. QC.. one of the old guys look like he can barely see let alone use a computer to write a sympathetic apology email in English or maybe even in Japanese.
