Hi there,

 

The other day, I got a new unique ballpoint pen made by CROSS.

It's really tiny and slim! What is more,I found that it could

be used as a bookmarker.

Thanks a lot for your comments. I got this pen as a bookmarker this time because it's very pretty, however, I usually use Sailor ProGear with M nib or Profit 21 Large with B nib. Anyway, to say the least of it, this ballpoint pen is really neat and useful!

Sure is. Sounds like the Glenn Gould's 1981 version of Bach's Goldberg Variations - a favorite.

Amazing video, Virtu! I particularly like how you were able to use the pen as a book mark, haha. Also, the way you arrange the ink bottles on your desk give me the urge to splurge whatever leftover holiday money I have on more bottles XD

I can't quite tell from the video, but might this pen accept standard Cross refills?

... Okay, that's highly unlikely given the extremely narrow girth of the pen, haha. Wishful thinking in the extreme, that!

Gould does not play as it is written, but he is great Try Murray Perahia's Goldberg variations. Maybe even better.

Thanks for the comments. I'm not sure whether this ballpoint pen accepts Cross's standard refills, however, I found the typical 4C refills that are used ( for example... ) for LAMY 4 Pen can be attached! So, I've changed the refills and use blue ink now.

Love the GV. I looked up Murray Perahia's GV in my Penguin Guide - Key recording (top recommendation), 4 stars (a really exceptional issue on every count). I'll have to check this one out, thanks for the recommendation.
