Three I've used in this cover are Muji B5, Apica 6A10 and Kokoyu Campus B5 notebooks. All fit well. Personally I like the Kokuyo notebooks the best.

pelahale has a video showing the Systemic Semi B5 with examples of a smaller Rhodia (maybe A5 No. 16), Mnemosyne, and Apica CD notebooks in it. In the video he calls it "B5" size but as far as I know the Systemic itself is described as Semi B5.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HG68s_bHF0Y

Semi B5 is 179mm x 252mm

ISO B5 is 176mm x 250mm

I bought one of these for someone for Christmas last year and don't have it so I can't measure its outside dimensions. You'll see in the video that the various pockets and sleeves in the Kokuyo Systemic offer a lot of possibilities for slightly smaller notebooks to fit. Obviously Campus Semi B5 notebooks from Kokuyo fit. Also the Apica CD25 spiral bound.

Since ISO B5 is smaller than Semi B5 (by just a few mm in each direction) you can be confident that ISO B5 would fit inside it without a problem.

Paper labeled as Japanese B5 is a little bit larger but I think also fits.

JIS B5 is 182mm x 257mm

This is the Apica C.D. B5 notebook size. This clearly fits in pelahale's Systemic notebook as you can see in the video.

So the upshot is that JIS B5, Semi B5, and ISO B5 notebooks will all fit in this notebook case.

Yes, I use the Apica 6A-10 with the Systemic Semi-B5, and I love the combination. The Apica 6A-10 has 100 sheets of paper, so it's good for big projects--but being tossed into my briefcase and hauled out twice a day was taking its toll on the Apica's cardboard cover. Not only does the Systemic cover protect the Apica, but it permits the Apica to open flat. I keep a piece of blotting paper in one of the front inside pockets.
