Hi folks, I recently bought a Sheaffer Imperial III TD that has serious nib problems. I could tell the nib was scratchy, but on close examination, the tines are quite spread. It's an up-turned Triumph nib, so no easy to manipulate. Any suggestions please?

Nearly every time I "play with my pens" I learn something. Yesterday's lesson? Triumph nibs unscrew! I've managed to pull the tines intp a much better position though it's a fine nib and not really to my liking but when you find a pen for $5 at an estate sale, why argue?
