Montblanc Irish Green

A fine bonnie green ink. This is a bright medium green with a good amount of shading. For those of you who haven't been to Ireland in person, this looks like the landscape does most days in the summer. If any ink I've come across could be called Irish Green, this is it.

Flow is good. As could be expected from Montblanc, this seems like a very low-maintenance ink. Quick drying. There seems to be a nice dark core that stays behind in water while the brighter green color washes away.

Now, does anyone out there have any ideas where I can find a Guinness colored ink? :puddle:

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I'm just digging into that one. I think it might indeed be Guinness-y. Thanks for the sample. ;)

I did a green test with a few pens on a number of papers. R&K Verdura, finished a nose ahead of Irish green, it a neck in front of Pelikan 4001 green, in the medium-green inks.

The one marked Racing Green is actually IRISH GREEN.
