My real list (of pens I can actually afford to buy sometime soon):

 

Faber-Castell School Pen - I'm curious about "A"-nibs and I like the quirky looks of this one

Lamy Safari (+ matching pencil) - I've never had one and it seems like the one inexpensive pen everyone says you should try

Parker Frontier - I like my inexpensive Parkers and there's some great deals on NOS with these

 

 

My "if my Fairy Godmother paid off my mortgage tomorrow and put a couple of grand in my pocket" list:

 

Graf von Faber-Castell Classic (Anello Ebony) - I just LOVE my steel nib F-C pen, so I would have to get one with a gold nib!

Pelikan M600

Visconti Homo-Sapiens

Yard o Led Corinthian (or Viceroy... or both)

 

That stealth e-motion isn't far off making the second list, either - great looking pen, and I love F-C nibs. +1 on Cult Pens too, if you can't find it closer to home - great service and very helpful if you inquire about anything.

Lots I'd like to try out of pure curiosity (and this thread has added half a dozen more!), but the only one definitely on the wish list is the Edison Collier Persimmon Swirl. Oh, and the new FPR one when it comes out - that wish is the one more likely to be realised.

My Edison Collier Persimmon Swirl arrived recently and I'm loving it so much that I don't desire any other pens at the moment. Hope it's not too long before you can get yours - it's a great pen.

A Parker Duofold Junior. As much as I'd like a Pelikan M400, there's no chance that a college student could get that much money. Now, a Duofold Junior? Not out of the question with some luck. That and the fact full-size pens like the M800 and above physically start dwarfing my hand.

My wishlist keeps changing every month, I already have a lot of pens but still no harm to have a wishlist:

Pilot Custom Ichii

Pilot Justus 95

Pilot custom with specialty nibs (FA, WA, SF)

Stylo-Art wood pen with Pilot's nib

Thanks for the heads up on cult pens... will check that out but, I think if I'm patient I will be able to get it in Bombay soon enough... fingers crossed!

My dream is to add a Mont Blanc meisterstuck Solitaire to my collection. Ive always wanted to add a nice shiny silver Mont Blanc to my collection and also One of the Visconti Van Goh's as well perhaps the 'starry night'.

A Nakaya in ao-tamenuri (I think that is the blue one)

A Nakaya portable writer sumiko "Skull" pen

MB 149s in the nib sizes that I don't have.

 

Not pen related:

I'll have to add a Pelikan M800 brown tortoiseshell.

Waterman Edson (I can't decide, Sapphire Blue, Black Diamond)

Nakaya Naka-ai cigar (Blue Dragon)

 

Maybe I should just make wallpaper out of them for my laptop instead :)

I will have to say purchase list: omas 360 burkina and omas paragon extra lucens

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Only three pens for now:

 

Pelikan M600 in red (wish they made a M605 in that red)

Pelikan 400NN tortoise, EF nib (I want to try one out first)

TWSBI Vac 700 (but they're making a mini Vac?)

Oooooh, dreaming time...

- Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze (big one, already have the Midi)

- Omas Paragon Bronze arco (and possibly the green arco?)

- Nakaya desk pen in Aka tamenuri including the desk stand

 

And in the long run,

- Nakays somthing an Ao-tame (long writer, or a long piccolo)

- Nakaya Blue Dragon, on the portable or long (but its quite expensive)

 

I went on a serious FP shopping spree in 2012 and part of 2013, had to pull myself togeter around march this year. But now I'm getting ready again. Think I start with the Desk Pen...

Favorite of the day: Nakaya Naka-ai Heki tame.

That e-motion has a nice balance uncapped and it`s comfortable to hold(it`s a short, heavy pen), but i really wasn`t impressed by the nib(plain looking, plain performance). And in black? can`t imagine a woman using it.

 

What`s on my wishlist? some Diamine hope pink ink. Now that`s manly ! :lol: :cloud9:

Everything. Right now #1 on my list is a P51. I had one that I won off ebay when I had juuusttt started getting into FPs last summer but I didn't really know what I was looking for, and when it came, it was terrible. It was also not a "real" 51, but a 51 Special. Unfortunately I'm at a point in my financial life right now that I really just can't afford to spend more than $30 on a pen, so I'm gonna have to keep dreamin'.

Oh heck. Straight in at No 1. The Parson's Essential in Burgundy has just jumped to the top of my wish list.

Hi There,

My wish list at the moment is to find a clip (gold) and tassie for a Parker Major Vacumatic Golden Pearl as I have had the pen given to me in beautiful condition but with the clip and end missing - how does that happen?

For a pen it would be a French S.T Dupont Porte Plume - good luck with that one then!
