This is a water resistant pigmented ink ? If so this might be a must have. Especially considering its behavior. How easy does it clean and does it need to be primed to start. ? Thank you/ and lovely reviews. !

So far, it's been really good. I'll let you know as soon as the first fill is gone. The initial trial suggests that it is water resistant.

Very water resistant from my tryout. I like the color. It's not just standard blue.

 

I was actually surprised how easily this one cleaned up. Some other perma-inks I've tried recently were more difficult to clean.
