This might have already been said; when I discovered this thread was 7 years old, I stopped reading the responses. But personally, I wouldn't say one was better than the other; they just have different characteristics.

 

Generally speaking, JoWo nibs tend to be a little wetter and smoother whereas Bock nibs tend to be a little dryer and toothier.

 

Mind you, each nib is unique, so YMMV.

Yes Corniche, I agree with you. Sometimes when I’m using a Bock nib specially the Titanium one it seems like writing with the horns of the goat! 🤣
