What Parker Are You Using This Day?

I went into a house clearance shop in Redfield/St.George in Bristol today and asked them if they had any fountain pens knocking around. They dug this out and charged me a pretty modest 50p. I spent a happy hour cleaning it out and figured out how to disassemble the thing in the process. It's a Parker 45 I discover and I was very pleased to see that it has a nice 14ct Medium nib! I filled it with Sailor Jentle Yama Dori and it's a tiny bit wet but writes very nicely (on this truly awful copier paper).

1930s maroon pearl Duofold with Waterman 'Inspired' - it's my favorite pen.

A dark/deep green English Duofold AF that I restored.I love the nibs on the English Dufolds.

 

Also inked is an English P45 Signet/Insignia with what looks to be a OBB nib. Love the way it writs.
