Parker 51 demi vac in gray with a 14K GF cap, extra fine nib. One of my few Vac 51s, and the only demi Vac 51. I love the thin line.

A Duofold International in 'big red' with a medium nib. Currently it's inked with herbin Bleu Ocean, the non sparkly version. Great pen.

I would love to upload a picture. I'm a newcomer to this forum and I'm sure how to upload a picture.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, Wow, what a ride!

A 1943, 3 qtr Grey P51 and a late 1930's Vacumatic. I use both almost every day.

Hi nysouthpaw, You need to have the photo(s) already on your PC edited ready to go, i.e. cropped and made a reasonable small-ish file size, I aim for under 100kb.

To upload a photo, while you are in the 'Reply to this topic' box, look at the lower right corner for 'More reply options', click there.

Click on 'More reply options' then scroll down to below the box where you are typing your reply, just below that you will see 'Attach files', and 'Browse'.

Click 'Browse' and find your photo on your PC.

Click 'Open' then below 'Browse' click on 'Attach this file'.

Then click on 'Add reply' or 'Preview post', as you choose.

That will upload the photo just below your text. If you want to change the photo or add another, you need to sign in to the site, and click on the option just below your text, 'Edit'.

Hope that makes sense, look forward to seeing your photos !

Don't be coy - pull out those beautiful Parkers so we can see!

Fifteen pens! Yikes!

(I'm still using my gold pearl Vacumatic with Lie de Thé and loving it.)

Khan,

3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 & 11 are warmly welcome to enter the clubhouse. The others aren't members, I'm afraid, and are sternly encouraged to go and do their scribbling elsewhere.

I agree. They just came here as guests .And , guests have to be welcomed even if they come unanounced.

Do you agree or protest? You can't have it both ways. It would have been nice, as you suggest, if we had had some warning. I could have put out a tray of appropriate inks and papers.

For me, today, it was a teal 51 Aero, with diluted vintage Quink Brown. I suspect that I may have diluted it a bit too far though (I was lazy and didn't have time to flush it before going on vacation, so I just refilled it with distilled water and it's a tad on the "not entirely legible" side as a result. But I got through all three pages of my morning pages journal without it running out of ink (it's been in rotation for a while now), so I did okay with it.

Today, a black with gold trim Parker 180 inked with Diamine Midnight. Nice combo, although I'm worried that one tine of this X/M nib may be ever-so-slightly weakened. I sometimes get a wobble in a line when I'm writing that's not directly due to my hand motion.
