What Parker Are You Using This Day?

Thank you Willian.

I do not like all metal pens. This is the only one I have.

The nib has been made into an extraordinarily smooth F one, by a french nibmaster. It is a wonder to write with. ;)

I just used my Parker Sonnet F, using last few drops of Paradise Pen black ink.

Now I'm ready to try the new blue samples.

These two.

I have a new job where things happen too fast for my usual inks to dry. So I've been making do with the 180 Flighter BP with the Itoya gel refill, Almost as nicely writing as a FP and a nice bright Blue ink.

Tonight, I Finally get the chance to slow down a bit.

I just topped the 45 up with DCSSB, he's ready to roll! Woot Woot.

This Duofold Senior is such a great pen - size, weight, writing. I've been using it for a week now.

Fountain pagan : That 75 is the same as the one my folks gave me when I finished college back in 1975.....and headed off to law school. I used it to take notes for those three grueling years.

Still have it , still use it and even found some Quink "Washable Blue" to run thru it.

Also have a 1920's Bid Red that was my great-grandfather's and had it fixed and it's running , too. Love those Parkers.

Forgive me...I have sinned....I have been seduced by Esterbrook and Sheaffer, but tonight, I came back to my best Parker 51. No pen I have tried even comes close to this. B)

Dove gray Parker 51 Vac demi, fine, 1947. I use it to write down all the medecine I take in a log book. I don't want oldtimer's to set in and OD on somethng. It's a great pleasure to use this pen, bought in working order on ebay.

Inked a 1945 Vac in Azure Blue, fine nib, over the weekend and am using it at present. Using Aurora Blue ink.

Sure knew how to make a great pen in those good old days - what a sweet writer!!

My P105 Flighter with moderately flexible M steel nib, and my GT Imperial (I think) P50 with F nib.

I've always liked the P50s, but the P105 is a joy to use and is playing the femme fatale role.

William, How great to have a pen from your grandpa! I suspect my grandparent's pens were tossed...

I have 4 Parkers inked right now - Parker Duofold from 1941, Parker Vacumatic from ~1936 (my first vintage pen), and two Parker 21s (at least, I think they're both 21s).

Don't believe everything you think.

I've got a Parker 51 Flighter in my shirt pocket today. It's an aero, but I don't know the year. I don't care much, really, it's a fantastic pen.

I have two NOS Parker Arrows waiting to be used, and Kullock 51 I haven't inked yet... looking forward to a 51 with a broad nib!
