What Parker Are You Using This Day?

Recommended Posts

It's the same thing every day.

Why? Because these are my favorites. :)

My all time everyday pen: Black Parker Sonnet with fine nib.

I am also using a Gold Parker 75 with a extra fine nib.

I have two Parker 51s and a Parker 180.

The only non-Parker on my desk is a Pilot with medium nib.

My very recently acquired Parker 75 Cisélé from 1986Q4 with Sailor Nioi Sumire/Sweet Violet ink and a medium nib. What a joy to use.

Calculating.

A 1953 Parker Victory (black) with a recently straightened nib, And now a brace of P25s that arrived in the post today.

The P25 collection is growing. The black 25 was found in a box from my late Father-in-laws house.

So many pens and so little time.

Today it was a couple of 51s -- the Plum Demi, with PR Ebony Purple (although that is either getting cloggy or I need to refill) and the Aero I'm coming to believe is Teal (my first 51, with the GF cap) with Sailor Jentle Sky High.

Today I am using my first good pen, a blue 1940 Canadian Vacumatic Junior.

The new arrived: a Duofold Junior in red permanite. I think it is over 85 years old but it is a dreadful writer.

If it is a dreadful writer, I would be happy to take it off your hands, and just use it as a desk ornament.

Midnight blue 51. Keeps on writing. The other midnight blue 51 with the Minuskin stub for special flourishes.

Today, I am starting off with my 1941 Parker Duofold button filler. Black with gold furniture and a fine nib. Inked with Visconti Burgundy ink. Sweet writer!
