Parker Frontier ink with Aurora Black.

I just got this Frontier, the Metallic Burgundy model with the "Diamonite Z" finish and medium nib. I am stunned by how smoothly this pen writes. I am lucky that all my Parkers have smooth nibs, but this pen's nib is superlative.

A black 51 Special with Blue-Black Quink.

Have been fooling with a couple Waterman'ses this evening. I think I've finally worked out an inking solution for my obsolete CFs, which is kind of cool.

One should be enough, considering how little need I have to write by hand. But:

51 Special with 14K broad nib, OMAS black ink, and

21 Super, Octanium medium/broad nib, OMAS black ink. I almost never fill this pen, but am now happily reminded of how smoothly it writes. Am also reminded of Frank Dubiel's observation that the 21 Super was the best bargain Parker ever sold. The pen's plastic seems solid: no sign of the proclivity toward cracks in the hood that bedevils the 21, whether regular or Super.

Insignia with fine nib, first inking of this pen, with Montblanc blue-black.

Parker 51 broad stub, 51 medium, both with mix of Parker black and Montblanc violet, mostly the former.

Parker Sonnet Flighter GT, medium nib, filled with black quink.

It has a slight catch when I write with it that I haven't managed to work out yet. Maybe on the next try.
