I'm using my own frankenVac today...

1943 Azure Vac Major with Duovac section and 1940? Vac desk pen flexy medium nib.

The ink is 1940's blue Quink... love the smell! :)

Kenny, could I make a couple suggestions?

If you can with your camera, set your white balance to the type of lighting you're shooting with. Then try FREE Picasa by Googly. It's ability to edit then shoot the edited pic to the free on-line storage area is the kitties jammies. All I did here was hit the Auto Color Correct, the Auto Contrast Correct, and bumped up the fill lighting some. (Also still made it a little warmer with one slider, it was REALLY Bllue.) Picasa is Free, and very user friendly.

Bruce,

Thank you for editing my photo for me. :) I like what you did to my photo.

I just switched from Win to Linux Mint, and I'm having a nice steep learning curve with the new editing software. Freeware is great... until you can't get the white balance to work and can't find the help files.

Does Picasa come in a Linux version?

Thank you,

Ken

A very mundane 51 in midnight blue with "Lusterloy" (in memoriam Old Griz) cap. Writes fine line. Pen is forty-three years young and as good as ever with the hood never off.
