I'm taking a bit of a shot in the dark here, but it looks like a British-made Duofold with a fancy gold overlay.

Is it gold filled or solid gold (18ct)?

Parker made a lot of really high-quality 18ct gold pens for the French market.

It also seems to resemble a Parker 51 Insignia (which was gold filled with a converging lines patter and plain cap band), but it looks like a Duofold section.

Hopefully, someone else can help.

Thank you !

I was thinking, too, to a 51, but the nib doesn't suit the pen... And I don't know well the old duofolds. But the clip doesn't look like a vintage one, I find...

I don't own this pen, I'm only interested in. And I suppose it's only gold-filled.

Thank you for your information !

You're welcome!

The clips on the later British Duofolds (1950s, 60s) looked similar to that, like a 51 of that period. The American Duofolds of the 20s and 30s had a ball clip.

The filling system also looks like a British Parker of that period.

This might help you too:

This one is the French Lady Duofold in gold. The French Duofolds were the variants of English Duofolds, the standard pens was same as Senior, Junior, Slimfold (same colours, dimensions). One difference was the nib - not 14 Ct but 18 Ct. The Lady Duofolds were made with open nibs (in UK - with hooded). In France were also the Custom versions (gold cap) produced and the Lady Duofolds with gold overlay.fpn_1377265380__pict0018_800.jpg
