Your work is amazing. Refined technique, excellent sense of composition and shading, and they are ABOUT something.

They kind of fit the look and feel of the Phileas.

I'm not sure I deserve the praise, but I appreciate your wonderful way with words. I agree that there is something about the Phileas. I believe the word "quintessential" applies. It is what it is, without pretense. It's nice to find someone who feels the same way. -- TD

Thanks, cruise. I know Phileas is no Montblac. But you already knew that. -- TD

Beautiful work. Reminds me a little bit of r crumb and tom Huck. Not the subject matter, but the technique. :)

Wow, thanks for mentioning me in the same post with those very original artists. I can't wait to see how far r crumb takes his Bible drawings. And I thought my little project was ambitious! -- TD

Beautiful drawings! Thanks for sharing them.

You help me feel glad I did not leave them lying in the bottom of a drawer, auto winder. I enjoy knowing they resonate with you across the ocean in Norway. -- TwelveDrawings

I would be drawing in the dark if you did not stop by to look. Thank you! -- www.TwelveDrawings.com
