I have two new beautiful Pels. Since blue is my favorite color I chose the blue/black M600 (w/F nib) over any other color. I also acquired an M200 special edition demonstrator, with EF nib.

My two newest birds are a blue M800 and a green M1000, both purchased at the Midlands Pen Show in Lichfield, England, last Spring.

And here they are in the company of the rest of the flock. From the top down they are: two M200s, an M400, two M600s, an M800 and an M1000.

I purchased a nice green stripe 140, pretty little 14C script logo KM nib. Not a show horse, a user but in very nice condition, and at a good price.

I was thrilled to get it, I inked it up but was disappointed to find that it is a little too springy/flexible for me. Being a lefty over writer (all my verticals are push strokes) I can't get any ink out of it when pushing. But drag it across the page and it lays down a vey nice line, and can easily flex to a B width.

Now looking for a little stiffer replacement nib, once I find that I'll have a nice addition. I'll find it, just a matter of time.

Newest one is an M800, tortoise with a Broad nib.

I also took the opportunity of the sale to buy this Pelikan M205 Yellow Highlighter that's always on my wanted list. I found myself a bit too crazy to have bought two pens in a roll...

I bought Taylorix 6-P and I have to say that the pen is a mystery to me.
I've never seen such a pen 6-P signated.
I saw Taylorix 6-GP. On it are no indications of any Pelikan sign. Only Taylorix marks was on the nib and the barrel. On cap was nothing.
Meanwhile, my pen have CN nib marked logo of Pelikan. On the cap-top Pelikan logo and the words "Pelikan Patent".
I bought a pen with original box and papers, even with the sales invoice.

Hi everyone, with apologies for pic quality, here's a couple from my growing Pelikan collection, the brand new M605 Marine Blue and my all-time favourite the M730 (one I use for work and this brand new one is 'just in case'... or so I claim). I am constantly amazed by the quality of the Pelikan build. The M1005 is a work of art.

'90's 14 C nibbed green swirl Celebry, 400N tortoise semi-flex B.....a B stubbed to OBB rolled gold tortoise 500. In a week.

The 500 is not as blingy as I thought, the tortoise mellows the gold very well.

My Grail pen a Soennecken 111 extra in herringbone did not show up...after 3 months the money burned a hole in my pocket.

I really scratched the bottom of my golden shovel, in tossing money at Pelikans that week.
