I finally received my Pelikan 400nn! it has an EF nib and is truly amazing. With perfect clarity and little brassing.

Yepp, M200 pre 1997 would be my guess. Real workhorses and one of my favorite everyday pens. What does it say on the cap band? W.-Germany or only Germany? The former would mean it's from before the German re-unification in 1990 the latter would mean it's from after 1990.
