I had to go look that up. The easy answer is BSB .. really does any other ink cause that many arguments?

The Pelikan 4001 Black and blue comes in one litre bottles.

 

Rhode Island is where A T Cross was founded so any of their inks, say, Cross Brown Cartridges.

Sheentastic: can only be Diamine Majestic Blue I suppose (although I'm personally not a fan of the sheen, give me that ink without the sheen and I've finally found my grail blue... the search continues)
