So the last word is "Diplomat" ---

 

And here is where my "Nevadan" is showing .... I read "Diplomat" and I'm confused by the word, I think "Patriot" which makes me think of Nathan Tardiff because really, is there another ink maker who is so blatantly un-diplomatic and yet such a patriot? (The fact he's named inks Bernanke Inks and Purple Heart --- not very diplomatic, but very patriotic).

 

But, I think a Diplomat is a gray ink. Something that is not stark enough to be black, and it should be a little shady. OOoh, even better if it's a foreign power marketing itself in Washington.....
