Boiling Ink?

Has anyone here come across a case of ink bubbling(?) through the breather hole while the pen is not in use? I've seen it happen to my pens over the past few days (we're having a heat-wave here in the Netherlands, and indoor temperatures have gone over 30C), and I was wondering if there's any cause for concern (gunk forming?).

Never boiling, its most likely air escaping. I live in Arizona and the temperature during our summer is 37C - 47C, usually my ink thins out and I have more issues with the pen leaking.
