All the sheets are now cut, except the new additions which should be arriving from Organics Studios. (I may have to install them here at the office.). Its been raining so I couldn't put the boards up anyway, but I'm still adding the samples to the boards. I'll post pictures once I have them ready for installation.

to late to submit? I have had unexpected things come up and have been away from home for most of the month...home for about 30 hours total...I started and have 2 inks on the sheet... :(

I could finish in the next day or so (not home until tomorrow) and get in the mail to LV...

Not yet. The boards can't actually go up while it's raining because the windows have been known to leak, and it's been storming. So the official start date will be a few days late, but it's all going to work out. The boards are done, and the remaining test subjects are going in to the office window.

Well, I've modified the color categories a little, see the following post.

 

 

  1. Black
  2. Gray (or Grey)
  3. Tinted Black (This is any color which has "Black" like "blue-black" or "red-black").
  4. Browns and Sepias
  5. Dark Blues (including excluding those named "blue-black).
  6. Light Blues (Any color you could use in a highlighter).
  7. Blues (All the medium and bright blues, including BSB and Midway)
  8. Turquoise (Any ink named Turquoise or Blue-Green)
  9. Purples and Violets (This would include Blue-Violet, Violet and Red Violet from the color wheel).
  10. Red (Not Burgundy or Pink) (Red and Orange Red on the above color wheel).
  11. Burgundy or Dark Reds
  12. Pink
  13. Orange (includes Orange and Orange Yellow from the color wheel).
  14. Green (includes Green and Yellow-Green from the color wheel, or any color GeoDuc describes as muddy green).
  15. Yellow
  16. Other Strange and Cool Stuff (Invisible ink, highlighters or color not included above).

If anyone can contact one of the online retailers, (Goulet's, IsellPens, JetPens, Cultpens, MissingPen) it would be really really helpful to get a table of the ink manufacturers, ink names, and ink colors. The thought is if we can get a spreadsheet with that information, we would save hours and hours of typing and then we would add our information (image locations, and fade results).
