Max.

Guardian angel doggie since April 2013.

Not much for pens, more socks and carrots, but loved to lie down beside me and watch me write anyway.

That birdie...Sasha! Sasha! Good news! They found your long lost brother (or is it sister?)! :D

If you haven't met Sasha Royale, click here, it'll make more sense.

Panda is cute. If there are many more posts to this thread, we're going end up with another dog!

I think sister!

Ummm.. I must admit birdy doesn't look quite so pristine now...

some lovely cats and dogs :sm_cat: :happycloud9:  thanks for sharing

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

No photos of my little furballs as yet. Polychrome does *not* like her picture taken, and Robin and Marian are currently pretending to be good (a scant 10 minutes after there was a sibling squabble brewing).

None of them are pen aficionados, AFAIK, but all of them have the annoying tendency to think that they are more important than any advanced technology in the room: so Robin and Marian both like to sit on my lap when I'm trying to type (and Robin in particular wants to put his chin or paws on the keyboard); both of them *ALSO* think that the keyboard is part of the main highway artery between the settee and the food and water bowls, or to the footrest on the neighboring recliner. Polychrome used to similarly help me type on my old desktop computer keyboard, but -- not being a lap cat -- she has decided to vent her displeasure at technology in other ways (noticeably by head-butting the on/off button on my husband's laptop in his office while he's the laptop, or doing the same thing to his office phone -- the latter generally while he was trying to talk to his boss).

But one of them is secretly *not* a Luddite, given the number of times I've gone downstairs in the morning to find the TV remote set to a pay-for-view station.... Fortunately, without opposable thumbs they have so far been unable to remove a credit card from my wallet.

Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

meet Ilia, alias Bitey Sugarnose (first bit is self-explanatory, second part of the nickname is because nose often looks coated in icing sugar).

fpn_1360357986__caliby.jpg

16 years old, but only lived here since November. Previous owner didn't take the best care of her (hence the bitey-ness). Disappointingly indifferent to pens :(

I'm not affiliated with ANY of the brands/retailers/shops/ebay sellers/whatever I mention or recommend. If that ever changes, I will let you know :)

Looking for a cheap Pilot VP/Capless - willing to put up with lots of cosmetic damage.

Favorite pen? A Sheaffer Touchdown, but only so he can squirt ink at people.

Here's Jar Jar (formerly Giada Fat Head):

He needs to get a job.

Favorite pen? Anything celluloid and swirly, because, as he says, "I like the SWIRLIEZ!"

Here's Hammy:

He's very timid and sweet. Until he starts in with a fit.

He's my profile photo, a Mini-Schnauzer named Seneca. He loves all my pens and pencils because when I'm using them I'm sitting down so he can snuggle up.
