A Question About European Aurora Dealers

I have been obsessed with the idea of buying an Aurora Talentum Chrome Capped Fountain Pen in black Resin: http://www.iguanasell.co.uk/collections/aurora-pens-elite-subcat-talentum-sub2cat/products/aurora-talentum-fountain-pen-black-resin-chrome-cap-d11c

 

However, Iguanasell is a Company I have never heard of before, and I would like to ask you, my fellow stylophiles, if this is a well reputed dealer.

I recently bought two pens from them (both Auroras) and the service was excellent. While the first one had to be ordered from Italy (EF nib) and took a week or two, both pens were shipped super fast and arrived within a day from Spain. Communication was always very good and they have no problem of making direct contact to Aurora for special orders or to request delivery times.

In my recent pen purchases, this company really stands out. A few other well reputed dealers caused me much more unexpected trouble.

 

So yes, I do recommend Iguanasell.

They've been around FPN for a while - I've not heard of any problems.

 

ETA: I've been eyeing up their Talentum offerings for a while - have you registered with them? If not I would do so as the price is different for registered customers (in a good way).

AFAIK they are based in Spain, and have shops on Amazon as well.

 

I have ordered an Aurora Hastil and Kona from them. Prompt and correct handling and delivery. Nul problemo.

I've had several opportunities to buy from them and service has always been prompt and after sales support way beyond the norm. They are one of the Good Guys.

Their prices are reasonable, but their service/communication and speed of posting are exemplary.

Ditto, like everyone else, their prices, sales and service are great. I recently had to return a pen to Aurora for repair and they offered to handle everything on my behalf. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Coincidentally, I have also been looking at the Talentum with a certain acquisitorial eye. If only I were in a position to buy pens at the moment...
