Looking For Diamine Suggestions

I had the same problem with the Mont Blanc L.E Mandarine (Tangerine ?) Orange - must have something to do with the pigments used.

To answer the actual question in the topic, I would consider Syrah a nice addition.

I see you already have Ancient Copper, which is definitely one of my favorites.

Have a look at Amazing Amethyst and Presidential Blue. Indigo is a nice one as well.

The only two I have used so far are Dragon Blood and Eau de Nil.

Kind regards,

I third or fourth or whatever the mentions of Red Dragon and Syrah. I love them both. Syrah is used for personal correspondence, especially to my wife. And I use Red Dragon for markups at the office, but it is pleasant enough to write with, as well. Ancient Copper and Oxblood are my go-tos for notes. And Majestic Blue is currently what I use for signatures.

I love:

Meadow

Teal

Ancient Copper

Red Dragon

Saddle Brown (as repackaged Chesterfield Mahoganny)

I also have Denim and I never fell in love with it. It always comes out nearly black

My favourites (which you haven't already tried) are Damson, Eclipse, Amazing Amethyst and Twilight. I have a bottle of Amaranth on the way and am hoping that it will be similar to PR Arabian Rose.

How about BILBERRY? One of my favorites for sure. I just emptied out my CS Belliver and reloaded it with Bilberry, a fine color, sort of dark purplish blue.

Also Presidential Blue.

Diamine's Syrah is a beautiful burgundy. You need it. It looks almost good enough to drink.

Another vote for Syrah. I consider it a must-have.

Eclipse is a lovely alternative to black. And Syrah mixed with Eclipse is fantastic, especially when slightly diluted. Maybe get a sample of Eclipse to see what you think.
