The hard but right way.

What says the jury if I cross Ts at the end, but do not detach the crossbar from the final stroke - instead just hooking back in a dramatic swoosh?

cursive only but spencerian as well

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Why is there no category for "Italic"?

That prevented me from voting.

Interesting, the word cursive meaning different things in different languages.

In Dutch this is cursive. I believe the German Kursiv means the same. The word Italic has no special meaning apart from: coming from Italy.

But in many languages, like English and French, cursive often means written with connected letters, without taking the pen from paper.

According to Wikipedia:

In typography, italic type is a cursive typeface based on a stylized form of calligraphic handwriting. Apparently, letterdesign originated in Italy, hence the name.

On FPN we use italics also for a type of nib. Sort of Babylonic confusion..

Yes, it does. Only, you wouldn't start the word with a capital letter, since it is an adjectiv.
