Noodler's In North Dakota

I'm staying in Fargo, ND for 2 weeks. While I don't enjoy the city (I'm a small town guy), I did get brave and venture onto Broadway. I discovered TWO stores that sell the Noodler's brand, both on Broadway.
One is Art Materials/Uptown Pen. It was mostly art supplies, but they were totally out of Ahabs and other Noodler's pens (too bad). They also had a tiny selection of Noodler's inks. To my surprise, they had quite a collection of pens: mostly Cross, Parker, and Lamy but also an expensive Yard-o-Led and Montblanc. There was also a selection of inks including Waterman, Parker, Cross, Pelikan, and some brand I don't recall.
The other was Zandroz. It was disappointing with a handful of vintage pens in the case and 3 bottles of Noodler's ink (now 2 thanks to my time in the store). The owner of the store reassured me that the sister store in Sioux Falls, SD has quite a lot more selection. I was nice about it, but I need a reason to go down there beyond the possibility of some pens.

Did you happen to witness anyone feeding their accomplice into a chipper? 'Ey? I'm little ashamed of myself for that comment, but I do love the movie for some reason.

Congrats on the find, Fargo has more to offer brick and mortar than my town. I live in a city of over a million people, yet the best we have for stores is Sharon Luggage. It's a shame really.

You guys are all really lucky, I don't have a store in 100 miles that offer >5 selection of ink.

Hmm, I will be in Moorhead later this week for a meeting, I may swing over that way and check them out.

I'm not that lucky. I live on the extreme other end of the state. I'm just working in Fargo for 2 weeks. Otherwise, I never get over here. Still, at least this discovery meant that I got something out of the trip (besides the income). I'm enjoying my new bottle of Noodler's Dark Matter!

I used to live in Fargo and actually bought my first FP at Uptown Pen. I was also a little disappointed with Zanbroz. I'll be going down to Sioux Falls this week and will have a look at the store down there to see their selection. I'm hoping they carry some nibs because I'm in need of a new 1.1 for my Safari.

My parents live in Moorhead. Now I know where to send them (or where not to send them). :-)

I just bought two beautiful restored Deco pens from Zanbroz on Etsy. The pens are amazing and the customer service was and is exemplary.

Looking to buy a Delta Chatterley Stantuffo Fusion Star Cage.
