I've corrected the scans, because the white balance was off! I think it is more accurate like this!
SORRY

Thanks for the review!

That settles it. I am ordering some tomorrow. I have been contemplating it for some time now. I think my Swan will love it.

Oh wow - thanks for this review!

Today I bought a 1.1mm nib for my Safari, and I'm expecting some Scabiosa in the mail, so this is very timely.

Great review Attika. I'm glad you like the ink. Cellopen, you're going to love it in the Swan.

I'm glad it helped you to decide! It is really a very nice ink!

Haha! Great!

My Safari's nib is 'grinded' by me, because it's nib was damaged. I wanted to buy a 1.1 or 1.5 for it, but I took a try...

Thank you Uncle Red!

It really lived up to my expectations :bunny01:

I use this ink everyday. One great thing about it is its look improves with age.

Seek that which is true, beautiful, and good.

Yes, that is true. I love these kind of inks!

The Diamine China Blue has a sort of same behavior, but it actually goes lighter while drying.

Love these two inks!

Looks like a nice charcoal color  thanks for sharing

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

I had been avoiding this because I didn't really like dark purples (Noodler's North African Violet is more my line). But this review is making me rethink (and I do like Salix quite a bit).

Great, swell. Yet *another* ink I want to try -- and when I have precisely zero dollars in discretionary budget at the moment....

Sigh. This website is just entirely too dangerous.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Totally, with you! I told myself, I would not buy another ink until I tried and reviewed some of the inks already in my collection. Hence, I spent hours today playing with inks and tomorrow my clients will think I have some sort of inky leprosy.

Attika - thank you for the wonderful review!

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).
